Author Guidelines

Registration for attenders and participants is free, and at least one of the co-authors of the submitted works must be a member of the AMESDYC to have the right to participate with up to three works as a corresponding author or co-author. The registration is done by uploading a four-page paper of the work to be presented. The paper of the work must be in English and written using the letter paper for EDIESCA. Papers must be original and not previously published, plagiarism is prohibited.

Selected papers will be invited for full-length paper publication as book chapters or journal papers in the following titles:

A book chapter by Springer-Nature, "Complex Systems and Their Applications: Sixth International Conference (EDIESCA 2025)". The deadline will be December 31.
Elsevier (JCR) journal Integration VLSI. The deadline will be December 31.
Journal of Dynamical Systems and Complexity (JDSC).
Book of Proceedings published with ISBN (the ISBN will be defined at the publication).

Submission guidelines

The submission system will be open after May 15.

Name of the author or authors.
Institution of Affiliation.
Work title.
The uploaded document must be 4-6 pages.
The deadline for submitting works will be July 1, 2025.
Type of presentation: Oral or Poster ( Poster dimensions must be 90x120 cm in vertical form).
All works must be submitted to the Microsoft CMT available at this link Microsoft CMT.
All the corresponding authors must have a CMT account before they try to submit their paper.

The organizing committee will define oral participation according to availability. Please prepare your presentation for 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions.

Submission of special sessions (now closed)

The Special Sessions submission system will be open after May 1. Organizers must prepare the next information for their Special Session.

Title of the Special Session.
Name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information of the organizer(s).
Affiliation
Brief description of the topic area and main details of four invited abstracts (up to 500 words).
Type of presentation: Oral.
The organizer(s) of the Special Session must send the proposal to ediesca.conference@amesdyc.org.mx
Once the Special Session is approved, the Special Session organizer must register the title, authors, affiliations, and abstract through the submission link on this page.

After the acceptance of Special Sessions, each work must be uploaded as normal participation. Submitted works must be a 4-6 pages paper using the following letter-paper for EDIESCA.

After the program is published, all the authors can upload their presentations here at least three hours before their talks. The presentation file name must have the number of session as appears in the program and the name of the author, i.e., S1_33_Author_Name.ppt, or S1_33_Author_Name.pdf

Submission of presentations

Submission of VIDEO, only for participants out of Mexico (now closed)

After the program is published, for remote accepted talks, authors outside of Mexico could send a video of 15 minutes, the deadline for the video sending will be October 25. The video file name must have the number of sessions, as appears in the program, and the name of the author, i.e.: S1_33_Author_Name.mp4
