Registration for attenders and participants is free, and at least one of the co-authors of the submitted works must be a member of the AMESDYC to have the right to participate with up to three works as a corresponding author or co-author. The registration is done by uploading a four-page paper of the work to be presented. The paper of the work must be in English and written using the letter paper for EDIESCA. Papers must be original and not previously published, plagiarism is prohibited.
Selected papers will be invited for full-length paper publication as book chapters or journal papers in the following titles:
A book chapter by Springer-Nature, "Complex Systems and Their Applications: Sixth International Conference (EDIESCA 2025)". The deadline will be December 31.
Elsevier (JCR) journal Integration VLSI. The deadline will be December 31.
Journal of Dynamical Systems and Complexity (JDSC).
Book of Proceedings published with ISBN (the ISBN will be defined at the publication).

After the program is published, all the authors can upload their presentations here at least three hours before their talks. The presentation file name must have the number of session as appears in the program and the name of the author, i.e., S1_33_Author_Name.ppt, or S1_33_Author_Name.pdf
After the program is published, for remote accepted talks, authors outside of Mexico could send a video of 15 minutes, the deadline for the video sending will be October 25. The video file name must have the number of sessions, as appears in the program, and the name of the author, i.e.: S1_33_Author_Name.mp4
